ですから、公正な報酬になるように努めています。しかし、一般的な理解としては、テスラにいるということは、特殊部隊に所属することを選んだようなものです。普通の軍隊もありますが、テスラで働くということは、自分の能力を高めることを選択することなのです。これにはプラスとマイナスがあります。特殊部隊に入るのはカッコイイけど、一生懸命働くということでもある。誰にでもできることではありません。」
